(I totally stole this whole blog from Evonne, thanks for the idea!)

With the holidays coming up...starting with the BEST one...Halloween. I want to come up with some new, amazing, GREAT traditions.
Here is where you can all help us out. =)
What is a great tradition that you do for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years?

I am adding...Easter! For Easter, we always celebrate on Saturday morning with the Easter bunny so we can spend Sunday focusing on the Savior. Growing up, the Easter bunny always left a trail of jelly beans from our pillow into the room where our Easter Baskets were hidden. This has been super fun to keep with our children! Dan's parents always have an Easter Egg hunt out in their backyard. It is so fun watching the older kids helping my children find their egss. Good times! What do you do?

We don't have very exciting traditions. We always go to the pumpkin patch to get our pumpkins for Halloween. My parents come over to our house for breakfast on Christmas and then they watch the kids open presents. It's not really a holiday tradition but my mom's side of the family just started getting together once a month for a big family home evening.

Do you want one from EVERY holiday? If so that will take a longer email...but a New Year's tradition that I love is New Year's Day and watching all the football games. At my parents house we'd bring all the tv's in one room so we could watch all the games that were on the same day. We'd watch football all day and eat lots of food! Also, to make it more exciting we do the 'football picks' so it's a competition to who could pick the most winning games!
